About Us

Our Story and Mission

The Blacks, Whites and Blues Festival is excited and pleased to have it return for its third annual festival! We are a non-profit organization that is dedicated to fostering an environment that influences social and cultural change and promotes awareness of health and economic disparities in the communities. We employ our appreciation for music and festival activities as a platform to unite and celebrate the residents in the city of Springfield and neighboring communities across Illinois. Our collaborative efforts with businesses and organizations will help to nurture a better quality of life within the communities
